Our charging structure is a single price which includes unlimited remote and onsite support. This also includes 24/7 monitoring of your systems and regular updates of software releases/patches etc.
When we take over support of a new customer, we initially carry out a full audit of your infrastructure, this ensures we have details readily available to facilitate a quick resolution as well as to identify any potential risks. We also try to identify and resolve all outstanding faults in order to improve the reliability of the systems as well as provide a better level of service.
